Jailed Choctaws

I am looking for information on how to obtain jail records from around the 1920's. I think that my Choctaw relative may have been in the system and was hoping to know why and for how long.. If anyone has information, I would appreciate it. I am hoping for a link or some other hwy on the internet that doesn't cost an "arm and a leg". Thanks!
Grgrandmother(Myrtle L Howard)was born in Sulfur, OK around 1905/1906 and has siblings.Looking for any information like school records, etc.Mother's name/Minnie(Surname?), nickname?Father(?)Any information would be greatly cherished and appreciated.
