Monthly meetings are held on the 1st Monday of each month at 6:30pm in the Heritage Room of the Donald W. Reynolds Library located at 703 E. Jackson, Hugo, OK 74743. Everyone, including non-members are invited to attend.
Membership is open to anyone. Annual dues are $20.00 which includes our quarterly newsletter. Membership year is from date on membership form to following month and year. Membership dues are due on or before last day of the month of your membership date to insure receiving the newsletter. Our newsletter is published each January, April, July, and October. Queries in the newsletter for paid members are free. Queries are $3.00 each for non-members and will be printed in the newsletter as space allows. Queries will also be put in our monthly news column when space allows. Click here for our query form.
Featured Family Series
The Choctaw County Genealogical Society features a family in each quarterly newsletter. This service is provided free for members and for a small fee for non-members. To have your family featured in our newsletter please fill out our featured family form.

Please be advised that we are not able to provide personal research services. We will however perform look-ups and copy requests for the following...obituaries, marriages, divorces and probate. We are no longer accepting look-up / copy requests through email. Click here for our research services form and fee schedule.
We gladly accept donations both monetary and non-monetary. If you have genealogical and/or history related books or materials, bibles, personal ledgers, old photographs, documents, old phone books, newspapers, obituaries, memorial folders, postcards, etc, we will gladly add them to our research library for preservation.
