View unidentified Holt Family photos

An Indian Gentleman from Anadarko.
Maybe a chief (possibly Kiowa).
The picture was taken in the 50's.
His name might be Mr. Thomas.

On frame around picture it says,
"Clink scales Studio - Caddo, I.T."
What Indian tribe did this lady belong to? Do you know anything about the photography studio where this picture was taken?

Note: There is a possibility this could be James DeHart & wife Sarah Beck abt 1865/1870. (maybe wedding picture?) Do you know them?

This woman look Indian is why I named it Indian woman. It is from my uncle Decker's pictures. Other family names are Camp, Price, Cobb, Conser, Hilburn, Choate, West, Prince and Spencer. They lived in Mo. Ark and Leflora co., Heavner, Okla.

This picture is of a saloon located in Carnegie Oklahoma supposedly taken in 1900. The bartender in the picture is supposed to be a relative of Rex Isham.  Any information on the photo would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks
