Edna Lee Hammock

Funeral services for Edna Lee Hammock of Hugo were held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, October 5, 2004, in the Bill Darrough Pavilion of Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Hugo, with David "Jody" Bush officiating, assisted by Reverend Doug McClure. Interment was in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
Mrs. Hammock died Saturday, October 2, 2004, in Paris, Texas. She was 82.
Edna Lee Hammock was born June 22, 1922 in Okmulgee to Percy J. and Mary Vannoy Crimmins. She married Andy Hammock on December 16, 1969 in Atoka. Edna was a homemaker. She liked to fish, cook and play solitaire. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, brothers, Bill, Danny and Johnny Crimmins; sister Anna Marie Males, great granddaughter Maggie Kay Buckles.
She is survived by children David "Jody" Bush of Cisco, Texas, Mitch and Jeri Hammock of Calimesa, Calif., Mary "Ruthie" Justice, Nita Ann and Noel Pence, Joy and Bill Setzer, and Sue Lemmons, all of Hugo; special friends Larry and Donna Salyer and family and Thunder Bowen of Hugo; her brothers and sisters, Jimmy Crimmins of McAlester, Joe Crimmins of Lubbock, Texas, Betty McGuire of Fletcher, Patricia Raleigh of Blanchard, Ann Savage of New Iberia, La., Tommy Crimmins of Elgin; her grandchildren, Debbie and Jess Alvarado of Van Nuys, Calif., Gene Pence of Miami, Fla., Diana Justice of Ft. Worth, Texas, Tami & Johnny Buckles of Houston, Kelly & Francisco Acosta of El Paso, Charlotte & Chad Harp of Ft. Worth, Billy and Karen Setzer of Hugo, Ryan Barba and Jenna Barba of Van Nuys, Calif., Lance Bussell of El Paso, Cody Bussell of Cisco, Texas, Alejandra Acosta of El Paso, Annie Buckles of Houston, Marian Harp of Ft. Worth, and Mariah, McKenna and Andrew Munday of Redding, Calif.; Loving nieces and nephews including Alice and Donnie Gillispie, Sharon & Clark High, Kathy and Ron Primo, Charles & Charita Males, Donald and Vicki Males and families all of Coffeyville, Kan., and Bud and Janet Males and family of Langley, Okla.
