Gerald Royce Beach

     Funeral services for Gerald Royce Beach of Hugo were held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 21, 2004, at Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home in Hugo, with Brother Donnie Bates officiating. Interment was in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Hugo.
     Mr. Beach died Friday, September 17, 2004, in Hugo. He was 54.
     Gerald Royce Beach was born on October 25, 1949 in Antlers, Okla., to W.J. Beach and Ernestine (Horn) Jeffrey. Gerald had lived in this area for the past two years after moving here from Eufaula, Okla. He served his country in the U.S. Navy from 1968 to 1972 and will be missed by all that knew and loved him. He was preceded in death by his father W.J. Beach in 1980.
     He is survived by: One daughter, Amber Prentice and husband, Jim of Auburn, Wash.; his mother, Ernestine (Horn) Jeffrey and step-father, Mack Jeffrey of Hugo; four brothers, Glen Beach and wife, Lorraine of Eufaula, Larry Beach and wife, Betsy and Dennis Beach and wife, Debbie all of Ft. Pierce, Fla., and Jimmy Beach and wife, Valerie of Hugo; three sisters, Sherrie Blaker and husband, Rickey of Carrollton, Texas, Joyce Harless and husband, Barney of Soper, and Carol Moore and husband, Larry R. of Hugo; one grandchild, Logan James Prentice of Auburn, Wash.
