    Funeral services for Rosie Bowers of Hugo were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the South Central District Building with Rev. Leon Gaffney officiating. Interment was in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Bowers died December 31, 2004, at her home. She was 52.Surviving relatives: Two daughters, Jacqueline Minter of Dallas, Texas, Pricilla Minter of Hugo; one son, Desmond Frazier of Oklahoma City; mother, Rose Del Minter of Grant; two brothers, Ernest Minter and Jesse Lee Minter of Grant; five grandchildren; several aunts and uncles. Rogan Funeral Home.
