Jack Johnson, 81, of Hugo died Sunday, Nov. 4, 2001.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7, at Mt. Olive Funeral Home Chapel with Jim Wallace officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Surviving are his wife, Lillie; five daughters, Frances June Gray, Lillian Margo Jeczminez, Mira Ann Rodriquez, Teresa Lynn Stribrieney and Wendy Dawn Sosbey, all of California; 16 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
