Jimmy Wayne Park, 65, of Wright City, Okla., died Thursday, Dec. 5, 2002.

Funeral services are set for 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 8, at Green Chapel Assembly of God in Wright City with Bro. Ed Clark officiating, assisted by Bro. Tag Rowan and Bro. Vernon Babcock. Burial will follow in Slater Cemetery, Wright City, under the direction of Miller & Miller Funeral Home of Valliant, Okla.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, at the funeral home.

He was born June 21, 1937, the son of Clayton Park and Cle Ola Oskins Park, and had lived all of his life in Wright City. He married Dessie Babcock Cody on Feb. 20, 1993, in Sawyer, Okla. He was a retired maintenance supervisor for Weyerhaeuser Co. and was a senior deacon at Green Chapel Assembly of God in Wright City.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Norma Ashton.

Survivors include his wife, Dessie Park; one son, Clayton Park of Pasadena; one daughter, Cle Ola Kos of Hugo; three sisters, Ferline Bonnette of Maxwell, Calif., Wilma Burns of Victor, and Wanda Poteet of Moore, Okla.; and two grandchildren.
