DIED: JULY 2, 2003

Kathy Self, 38, of Fort Towson, Okla., died Wednesday, July 2, 2003 in Oklahoma City.

Graveside services are 10 a.m. Monday, July 7, at Ft. Towson Cemetery with the Rev. Mutt Wallace officiating under the direction of Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home.

She was born Jan. 19, 1965, in Lee County, Ky. to Burnice Fred and Dorothy Lee Barker Cole.

Survivors include four daughters, Angela, Kathy Lee, Crystal Leean and Amanda Self, all of Tulsa; her mother and step-father, Dorothy and Frank Hayward of Ft. Towson; two brothers, Bobby Wayne Cole and Manuel Ray Cole, both of Tulsa; a sister, Mary Etta Cole of Ft. Towson; and three grandchildren.
