VOTAW, IMOGENE (DUNN)

DIED: MAY 25, 2005

Services for Imogene Votaw, 78, of Howe, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 28 at Western Heights Church of Christ in Sherman with Rusty Sherry officiating. Mrs. Votaw passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2005 at her home.

Burial will follow at Akers Cemetery in Sherman.

Mrs. Votaw was born on July 11, 1926, in Hugo Okla., daughter of Mac and Beulah Lee (Mitchell) Dunn. She married Leslie Votaw on May 2, 1969, in South Gate, Calif.

She was a homemaker and retired Medical Dispatcher with Allstate Insurance. She was a member of Western Heights Church of Christ in Sherman.

Pallbearers will be Robbie Raisor, Christian Raisor, Ryan Emick, Jay Bryant, Jeff Bryant, Rene Fernandez and Mark Bryan Markovic.

Surviving are her husband, Leslie Votaw of Howe; four sons, Jim Bryant and wife, Shirley of Howe, Ronnie Votaw of Morro Bay, Calif., Gary Votaw and wife, Julie of Grand Fork, N.D and Rene Fernandez and wife, Sheila of Bonham; four daughters, Joyce Raisor and husband, Ralph of Howe, Lisa Whitley and husband, Don Charles of Sherman, Paula Catching and husband, Clint of Howe, and Julie Moody and husband, Scott of Owasso, Okla.; 21 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Evelyn Dunn of Antlers, Okla.; numerous nephews and nephews.

Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 27, 2005 at Flesher Funeral Chapel in Howe.
