L.F. Blanchard
Fort Towson Enterprise – February 27, 1914 – transcribed by Ron Henson
L.F. Blanchard died last Sunday, at 2:30 p.m. from heart failure. Mr. Blanchard was 72 years old and a pioneer of Old [unreadable]. He was a good citizen, a good neighbor, rigidty honest and his death is a distinct loss to our little town.
Our people were greatly surprised Sunday afternoon when the news came that L.F. Blanchard was dead at his home in Swink. He was here the day before and appeared to be in usual health.
