Billy Don Boone

HUGO-Billy Don Boone, 56, a former resident of Hugo, died Wednesday, May 31, 1995, in Desert Springs Hospital in Las Vegas, Nev. He had lived in the Port Neches and Nederland area 33 years. He was a member of the Church of Christ. Mr. Boone was born Oct. 9, 1938, in Hugo, a son of Fred and Juanita (Hutchings) Boone. He married Max Ann Trammel. He was a Texas Tech University graduate and was a senior processing engineer with the Ameripol-Synpol Corporation in Port Neches. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 4, in Pat A. Riley Funeral Home in Port Neches. Burial will be in Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches. Survivors include the wife, of Nederland; his parents, Fred and Juanita Boone of Hugo; three daughters, Hub Ann McDougald of Humble, Cindy DuBois of Houston and Tanya Henderson of Beaumont; a son, Bobby Boone of Nederland; three brothers, Frank Boone of League City, Larry Boone of Oklahoma City and Gary Boone of Hugo; a sister, Shirley Cooley of Hugo and 10 grandchildren.
