W.C. Worsham

Death Claims W.C. Worsham
The Southeast Oklahoman December 24, 1931 – transcribed by Ron Henson

    W.C. Worsham, aged 52 years, passed away at 5 o’clock Wednesday afternoon. Mr. Worsham resides 4 miles south and one half mile east of Boswell.
    Mr. Worsham is survived by three children, two daughters, Valnere [sic] and Marval, and one son, Claral [sic].
    Burial was made in the Crowder Springs cemetery.


Vera Fincher

Hold Funeral for Woodtown Woman
The Southeast Oklahoman July 7, 1932 – transcribed by Ron Henson

    Funeral rites for Mrs. Vera Fincher, 20 year old wife of E.A. Fincher, of Frogville, were conducted at the Shoals school Saturday afternoon at 4 o’clock by A. LeRoy Elkins, minister of the Church of Christ of Hugo. Mrs. Fincher died at 4 o’clock Saturday morning. She is survived by her husband and an infant and by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W.D. Mitchell, of Frogville.
    The Snow Funeral home was in charge of arrangements.


G.W. Sanders

G.W. Sanders Funeral Service Held Saturday
The Southeast Oklahoman June 30, 1932 – transcribed by Ron Henson

    G.W. Sanders, 81 year old father of Doctor Sanders, of Soper, died Friday night at 11 o’clock.
    Funeral services were conducted at the First Baptist church of Soper Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock by the Rev. E.R. Garner, of DeQueen, Arkansas. The Snow Funeral home conducted arrangements.


Frances Fuller

Funeral Is Held for Miss Frances Fuller
The Southeast Oklahoman June 30, 1932 – transcribed by Ron Henson

    Miss Fancis [sic] Florine Fuller, 16 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W.A. Fuller, died Friday at the home of her parents west of Hugo. She had been in ill health for some time.
    Miss Fuller was born in Broken Bow January 16, 1916. She was a member of the Junior class of Soper High school and had a large circle of friends throughout the county. Burial was in the Soper cemetery.
    Surviving relatives include Miss Fuller’s parents, a sister and brothers.


Infant Berryhill

Funeral Services For Infant Held Saturday
The Southeast Oklahoman May 19, 1932 – transcribed by Ron Henson

    Funeral services were conducted Saturday morning for the infant of Mr. and Mrs. C.O. Berryhill. The child died Friday at the family home three miles east of Hugo. The Rev. Mr. McFarlin conducted the service. Interment was in the Springs Chapel cemetery. The Snow Funeral home was in charge of arrangements.


J.L. Sneed

J.L. Sneed Funeral Held at Ft. Towson
The Southeast Oklahoman July 21, 1932 – transcribed by Ron Henson

    Funeral services for J.L. Sneed, 75 [?] year old resident of Fort Towson were conducted Sunday morning at the Nonamantobe cemetery. The Snow Funeral home directed arrangements.
    Mr. Sneed’s death occured [sic] at his home Saturday.
