Mrs. Everidge Dies Following Long Illness
Mrs. Lula Everidge, 91, Long time resident of Choctaw County, died about 10 o’clock this morning at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Bill Sossaman, Southeast of Hugo, after a long illness.
Coffey Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Everidge is survived by eight children, including Mrs. Sossaman, Mrs. Wes Thomson and Mrs. Clara Green, all of Hugo.

Services To Be Sunday For Mrs. Everidge
Servives for Mrs. Everidge will be Sunday at 2 p.m. in the Church of Christ in Hugo with Barrett Fellows officiating. Burial will be in the Everidge family plot southeast of the city. Services for Mrs. Lula Everidge who lived on Ervin route, were still pending today following her death Thursday.
Mrs. Everidge, 91, died at the home of a granddaughter, Mrs. Bill Sossaman, following a long illness. Coffey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for services.
Mrs. Everidge was born Dec. 4, 1868, at Reno, Texas she had lived in Choctaw county since 1886, and was a member of the church of Christ.
She is survived by two sons, Ed of Norman and Hailey of Palm Springs, Calif.; six daughter, Mrs. Tom Williams, Mrs. Clara Green, and Mrs. Wes Thompson, all of Hugo, Mrs. Essie Martin and Mrs. Mack Murphy, both of Lawton, and Mrs. Sophie Stephenson of Palm Springs; a sister, Mrs. Eva Ervin of Barstow, Calif.; 35 grandchildren, several greant (sp) grandchildren, and 12 great great grandchildren.

Services for Mrs. Lula Everidge, 91, will be today (Sunday) at 2 p.m. in the Church of Christ here with Barrettt Fellows officiating, assisted by M. N. Mc Farland Burial will be in the Everidge family plot southeast of the city with grandsons serving as pallbearers.
