J.F. King Dies At Hugo Monday.
Funeral services were held Thursday in the, Boswell Baptist church for J. F. King, Boswell Rt 2, who died at 9:15 AM Monday in Memorial Hospital in Hugo Ok. He was 65 yrs old.
Mr. King a farmer was born in Montgomery Co. Mo. August 24, 1886, and had been a resident of this County for over 40 yrs.
Rev. Ray Watson, officiated at last rights and burial, under the direction of Bingham-Cooper Funeral Home. Burial was in Restland Cemetery in Boswell, Oklahoma.
Surviving are his Wife, Mrs. Louise (Shumate) King, of Soper,Oklahoma. 3 sons, Willis King of Soper, Oklahoma; Willard King of Ringold, Oklahoma; Wilburn King, Soper Oklahoma. Also surviving are 3 daughters, Mrs. Ethel Upton, Dos Palos, California; Mrs. Essie Higginbotham, Lubbock, Texas; Mrs. Evelyn Pate Loyalton, California.
Two surviving brothers are: Jim King of Sawyer, Oklahoma and George Alvis(Buster) King of San Antonio, Texas. One sister Mrs. Delza Davis of Boswell, Oklahoma.
He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 3 Grandchildren.
