Jess Bellmer Dies; Rites Set Saturday

Jess Bellmer, 77 - year-old Hugo veteran of World War I, died at 7:40 p m. Thursday in Hugo Manor Nursing Home here after long illness.

Graveside services will be Saturday at 3 p. in. in Mount Olivet Cemetery with Rev. Ray Owen officiating. Lampton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Born in Arkansas July 4, 1892, he was a blacksmith here many years before retirement.
