Dave Nichols dies Saturday; Rites Today

Dave W. Nichols, 80 year old former lumberman living in this area 60 years, died at 3:15 a.m. Saturday in Hugo Manor Nursing Home. His home was at Boswell.

He was a native of Alabama, born June 1, 1889, but came to this section soon after Oklahoma Statehood.

His wife, Mrs. Willie Nichols, and two sisters, Miss Mary Nichols and Miss Ruth Nichols, all of Boswell, are survivors.

Services were scheduled for this afternoon at 2 o’clock in Boswell Church of the Nazarene, with Rev. Eugene Ledford officiating and Coffey Funeral Home making burial in Restland Cemetery there.
