Researchers, please remember to be kind to those who take time away from busy schedules to do a lookup for you.  Always remember to say thank you when someone has tried to find some information for you, even if they failed to find just exactly what you are looking for. Try to give the volunteer as much information as possible, to make the search quicker and easier.
