Green - Defendants JOURNAL ENTRY SUSTAINING MOTION TO DISSOLVE ATTACHMENT Now on this the 2nd day of February, 1921, there coming on regularly for hearing the motion of the defendant herein to dissolve the attachment herein and the plaintiff appearing in person and by his attorney, J. H. Isbell, and the defendant appearing in person and by their attorneys, Welch & Welch, and the parties having agreed upon the disposition of said motion and being fully advised in the premises. It is ordered that the motion sustained and the attachment of 137 pairs of shoes herein is hereby dissolved and set aside, and the sheriff of hereby directed to deliver said shoes attached as aforesaid, to Welch & Welch, for the Upham Shoe Company who are the owners of the same. The defendant having stated in open court that he waived any and all damaged by reason of said attachment. G. M. Barrett , District JudgeJ.H.
