IN VACATION.
State of Oklahoma, County of Pushmataha.
 
On this the 21st day of December 1909, the undersigned Judge of the District Court within and for said County and State, having under consideration the matter of the appointment of Jury Commissioners within and for said County and it appearing that Barney Noel, W. L. Davis and A. D. Chapman are discreet, honorable and reputable persons and that they have the qualifications of jurors as prescribed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma and that they are not interested in any cause, Civil or Criminal pending in any Court in this State and it appearing that Barney Noel is a member of the Republican party and a resident of the First Commissioner's District of said County and that W. L. Davis is a member of the Democratic party and a resident of the Second Commissioner's District of said County and that A. D. Chapman is a member of the Democratic party and a resident of the Third Commissioner's District of said County; the said Barney Noel, W. L. Davis and A. D. Chapman are hereby appointed Jury Commissioners to constitute a Board of Jury Commissioners for the District and County Courts of said Pushmataha County to serve for the term of one year beginning Jan. 1st, 1910.
 
And it is ordered, that the said Jury Commissioners meet in the office of the County Clerk on the First Monday of January 1910, and after having taken and subscribed an oath as required by law, that they shall proceed to select for the District Court a list of names of Two Hundred persons and a second and different list for the County Court of names of Two Hundred persons, said selection to be made in the manner required by law and of persons possessed of the qualifications of Jurors as prescribed by law.
 
It is further ordered that they be notified of their appointment forthwith and that the Clerk furnish them with certified copy of this order.
