Received the within Writ January 27th, 1910, and served the same on the persons within named, at the time and in the manner following, to-wit:

By delivering to each of said persons in said county a true and certified copy of the within Venire.
 
The following persons within named I cannot find in my county; Frank Meyers and J. E. Shoate.
 
I necessarily traveled in serving said Writ. In serving first persons 17 miles from first to second person 12 miles from second to third person 10 miles; from third to fourth 15 miles; from fourth to fifth 32 miles; from fifth to sixth 10 miles.
