SPECIAL VENIRE
 
The State of Oklahoma, to the Sheriff of Pushmataha County, GREETINGS:
 
You are hereby commanded to summon Thirty Five (35) good and lawful men having the qualifications of jurors, from the body of Pushmataha County, to be appear before the Honorable Malcolm E. Rosser, Judge of the District Court of Pushmataha County, Oklahoma, forthwith, to then and there serve as petit jurors in the above entitled cause in said court.
 
Of this writ you will make due return as the law directs, and hereof fail not.
 
Witness my hand and the seal of said Court at Antlers this 8th day of February, 1910.
