Monday, February 1st, 1909.
PETIT JURY.
 
Now on this the 1st day of February 1909, comes William Ellis, sheriff of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, and return into open court the Venire for Petit Jurors, for the February 1909, Term of the District Court of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, duly selected, drawn and summoned as provided by law, and now the Venire is called by the Clerk, and the following named persons lawfully selected, drawn and summoned for Petit Jurors are found present, to-wit:

And are duly sworn by the clerk to answer truthfully all question that may be asked them touching their competency and qualifications as Petit Jurors, and thereupon they are interrogated by the County Attorney and by the Court touching their qualifications as Petit Jurors, and now the Court deeming it expedient, doth excuse and discharge the following named persons summoned as Petit Jurors, to-wit:

ORDER ALLOWING JURY COMMISSIONERS FEES.
 
On this the 1st day of February, 1909, the same being one of the days of the regular February 1909, term of this Court, It is ordered by the Court the Jury Commissioners J. S. Bagwell, J. M. Baggett and T. Y. Rutherford, be allowed the sum of Nine ($9.00) Dollars each for their services rendered in discharging their duties as such Jury Commissioners on the 4th, 5th and 6th day of January 1909, and that County Treasurer pay the same.
