Tuesday, September 5th, 1911

EMPANELLING THE PETIT JURY FOR THIS TERM OF COURT.

Now on this the 5th day of September 1911, comes C. E. Stephenson, Sheriff of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, and return into open Court the venire for Petit Jurors for the September 1911, Term of the District Court of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, duly selected, drawn and summoned as provided by law; and now the Venire is called by the Clerk, and the following named persons lawfully selected, drawn and summoned for Petit Jurors are found present, to-wit:

And are duly sworn by the Clerk to answer truthfully all question that may be asked them touching their qualifications as Petit Jurors for this term of Court, and thereupon they are interrogated by the County Attorney and by the Court touching their qualifications as Petit Jurors, and now the Court deeming it expedient, doth excuses and discharge the following named persons summoned as Petit Jurors, to-wit:
