L. C. DECKER

L. C. Decker passed away on April 26, 2001 in Norman, Oklahoma at the age of
80 years.

He was born to Louie Cherokee Decker and Ellis (Pinkerton) (Decker) Fishel
on October 7, 1920 at Soper, Oklahoma.

L. C. married Mabel DeLores on July 4, 1941. He stayed busy in his lifetime
making a living. He worked various jobs and retired as a licensed mechanic.
L. C. enjoyed being outside, growing flowers, and family gatherings.

He is survived by his son Louie Thomas Decker of Purcell, Okla.; and 2
daughters: Delores Ann Shilling of Antlers, Okla.; and Linda Kay Sousa of
Yukon, Okla.; 9 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 1 great-great
grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Marble Delores Decker; infant
son: John Edward Decker; 2 brothers: Bob Decker and Debs Martin; and 1
sister: Myrl Noland.

Graveside services were held Saturday, April 28, 2001 at 11:00 a.m. at the
Kosoma Cemetery with Reverend Buck Yant officiating.

Serving as pallbearers were: Carl Shilling, Pete Sousa, Chris Sousa, John
Antu, Martin Tucker, Darrell Scarberry.

Burial was at the Kosoma Cemetery under the direction of Mills-Coffey
Funeral Home of Antlers, Oklahoma.
