MARTHA LUELLA DRIVER
Martha Luella Driver was born September 22, 1897 in Mena, Arkansas
and
passed away on February 18, 2002 in Antlers, Oklahoma at the age
of 104
years of age.
Mrs. Driver has been a resident of Pushmataha County for most of
her life
coming from Mena, Arkansas at the age of 12 years old. She was a
member of
the Finley Baptist Church and enjoyed fishing and being with her
family.
She is survived by 2 sons: Thomas McDonald and wife Jerri of
Midwest City,
Oklahoma and Leonard McDonald and wife Earlene of Finley,
Oklahoma; 9
grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 1 sister: Ola Everett of
Antlers,
Oklahoma and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents: James A. and Sarah
Standridge, 2
husbands: 1st husband Tom McDonald and 2nd husband Will Driver; 3
children
and 5 grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Friday, February 22, 2002 at 11:00 a.m.
at the
Finley Baptist Church with Reverend Bob Childers officiating.
She was laid to her final resting place at Finley Cemetery under
the
direction of Mills & Coffey Funeral Home of Antlers, Oklahoma.
