MARY IMOGENE GILES
Mary Imogene Giles was born in Hugo, Oklahoma on November 28, 1935
and
passed from this life at Antlers, Oklahoma on September 30, 2001
at the age
of 65 years.
Mrs. Giles has been a resident of the Antlers area for the past 26
years.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed reading.
She is survived by her mother, Opal Middlebrook of Antlers,
Oklahoma; her
husband, Richard L. Giles of the home in Antlers, Oklahoma; four
children:
Mile Giles and wife Sue of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; Tracy Ewing
and
husband Matt of Bulverde, Texas; LeAnn Rees and husband Tim of
Antlers,
Oklahoma; and adopted son: Jeff Rees of Antlers, Oklahoma; two
brothers: Don
Colley of Bell Gardens, California and Bill Colley of Long Beach,
California; two sisters: Shirley Lowinger of Whittier, California;
and Patsy
Bersuch of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; seven grandchildren and four
great
grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father: Carl Colley.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 4, 2001 at 2:00
p.m. in
the Mills & Coffey Chapel with Father John Marquardt officiating.
Pallbearers include are: Tim Rees, Williard Chapman, Jeff Rees,
Travis
Ewing, Curtis Ewing and Jack Davis.
Burial will take place at the Rattan Cemetery under the direction
of
Mills-Coffey Funeral Home of Antlers, Oklahoma.
