ELMINA ANGELIA HYSLOP

Elmina Angelia Hyslop passed away on January 10, 2001 in Pushmataha Hospital
in Antlers, Oklahoma at 94 years of age.

Elmina was born on October 4, 1906 in Bloomfield, Missouri to Andy and Leona
Dunivan. She was a homemaker and enjoyed crochet and flower gardening.

Mrs. Hyslop is survived by her daughter, Laverda Johnson of Antlers, Okla.;
her brother: Earl Dunivan of Martinez, California; 7 grandchildren: Tamya
Walker, Jesse Moore, LeaAnn Johnson, Tamara Johnson, Jerald Johnson,
Jonathan Johnson and Joshua Johnson; and 3 great grandchildren: Taylor
Walker, Benjamin Walker, Benaiah Walker.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Andy and Leona Dunivan, her
husband: Leland Lester Hyslop; and her son: Leland Wayne Hyslop.

Memorial services were held Saturday, January 13, 2001 at the Mills & Coffey
Chapel with Reverend Sam Dyer officiating.

Serving as pallbearers were: Jack Franks, Rod Wallace, Roy Earl Jackson,
James Hedrick, Johnny Brines, Ralph Fullingim, and Doyle Blythe.

Burial was held at the Warner Memorial Cemetery in Warner, Oklahoma Sunday,
January 14, 2001 at 2:30 p.m.
