Father, Lee Erastus White, in a photo taken in front of Police station in New
Mannford Oklahoma in 1969. All of his equipment and uniform he purchased
himself on a salary of about $150 per month. He also purchased and
equipped his own squad car until 1971. He was also a Creek County Deputy
Sheriff. Was Town Marshall of Mannford from 1952 until 1976 and Creek
County Deputy from 1953 until 1976. His badge number and call sign was
Mannford 1, which was retired with him. He was an honorary Creek County
Deputy until his death in Dec 2000.
